Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

The Company is pleased to announce today the appointment of Lawrence J. Kessel,
M.D. and Peter Saloman, M.D. as Non-Executive Directors.

Lawrence J. Kessel is currently President of Lawrence J. Kessel, M.D &
Associates,PC. Also he is a Director at Cypress Biosciences, Inc.,NovaDel
Pharma, Inc. and Dor Biopharma, Inc. He previously was a Director at Genta Inc.

Lawrence J.Kessel has an interest in 3,000 shares in the Company.

Peter Saloman is currently a Director at Gastric Sciences and was previously a
Director of PolaRx, Inc., Genta, Inc.,Cypress Biosciences, Inc. and Gemini
Management Partners.

Peter Saloman has an interest in 500 shares in the Company.

In addition, the Company advises that there are no matters under paragraph 6F2
(b) to (g) of the Listing Rules to be disclosed in relation to
