Further to the announcement made on 21 March 2003, Cytomyx Holdings Plc
announces that it has placed 43,000,000 new ordinary shares with institutional
and other investors at a price of 0.5p per share, raising an aggregate of
#215,000 and not 44,000,000 new ordinary shares as previously stated.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM with effect from 26 March 2003.
