("the Company")
Application was made today for the admission of 80,000 new ordinary shares of 1p
each to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. The shares have been
allotted and issued as a result of the exercise of warrants in June 2001.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares
on 3 October 2003.
