DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN VOTING SHARES

Following the sale of 324,664 shares, the Company received notification today
from Threadneedle Asset Management Limited regarding the notifiable interest of
Zurich Financial Services and its Group.

They have a notifiable interest in 3,087,746 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company, representing 6% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
