("Topnotch" or "the Company")
APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR
The board of Topnotch announces that as a result of the failure to complete the
negotiations regarding the restructuring of the Company, application has been
made to the High Court for the appointment of an Administrator to the Company
and Top Notch Health Limited, one of its subsidiaries. Such application was
approved and accordingly RSM Robson Rhodes has today been appointed.
