Star Minerals Group Ltd Corporate Update Clarification

Star Minerals Group Ltd. ("Star" or the "Company") (CSE: SUV) wishes to clarify
the news release issued February 14, 2013 where it was reported that the Company
had entered into an investor relations contract with InvestorIntel. In fact, the
contract is for advertising and online media marketing services. As previously
reported, InvestorIntel is a leading global investment intelligence source, and
as compensation for marketing services, Star will issue to InvestorIntel 100,000
warrants, priced at $0.06, expiring in 2 years.
