BOARD: FPDI)  today announced that StorageTek(R) (Storage Technology
Corporation, NYSE: STK) has signed a global OEM agreement to provide StorageTek
with a worldwide license to market and sell DIVArchive software.  In addition,
StorageTek is now authorized to provide customer support, professional services,
implementation services, and product updates in connection with the DIVArchive
software for its customers worldwide.

Ideally suited for managing complex storage workflow requirements for broadcast
applications, DIVArchive software is reliable, flexible and accessible in all
