Robix Announces Resignation of a Director and Appointment of a Director

(CSE:RZX) (Frankfurt:R0X) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Mrs. Karla Jorstad as Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation. Mrs. Jorstad will continue to work with the corporation on a project basis.

The resignation will take effect immediately and at this time no replacement Director has been appointed.
