Robix Announces Proposed Private Placement

Robix Alternative Fuels Inc. ("Robix" or the "Corporation")(CNSX:RZX) is pleased
to announce that the Corporation intends to complete a non-brokered private
placement of up to 1,000,000 common shares of the Corporation at a price of
$0.25 per common share, for gross proceeds of up to $250,000.  


The Corporation may in certain circumstances pay a finder's fee of up to 10% of
the gross proceeds. The closing of the private placement is subject to
applicable regulatory approval, including approval of the Canadian National
Stock Exchange. The common shares issued in connection with the private
placement will be subject to a hold period of four months from the date of
closing. The proceeds from the private placement will be used for general
working capital purposes.
