Planet Technologies, Inc. Announces the Promotion of Ed Steube to President and CEO

RIDGEFIELD, Conn., April 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Planet Technologies, Inc. (OTC:PLNT) (BULLETIN BOARD: PLNT)  announces the promotion of Ed Steube to President and CEO.  Mr. Steube has served as President and CEO of the Company's subsidiary, Allergy Control Products, Inc. ("ACP") for the last six years.  Prior to Planet and ACP, Mr. Steube graduated from Princeton University and was a member of executive management at New York Bankcorp, and prior to that a Principal in the investment banking division of Kidder Peabody and Co., Inc., a subsidiary of GE Capital.  Mr. Scott Glenn, the former Chairman and CEO, will continue as Chairman of the Board and leading shareholder.
