DALLAS, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PMC Commercial Trust (NYSE Amex: PCC) (the "Company," "we" or "our"), a real estate investment trust ("REIT"), announced today that its Board of Trust Managers has declared a fourth quarter 2009 quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share payable on January 11, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2009. The dividend is our 64th consecutive quarterly dividend. PMC Commercial Trust primarily originates loans to small businesses primarily secured by real estate.
