Transactions in the Company's shares

The Company wishes to announce the following transactions in the Company's
shares:

Number of shares sold:                          4,000,000
Price per share:                                0.25p
Date of Transaction:                            31 March 2003
Date of Notification to Company:                31 March 2003


The sale referred to above was by way of transfer of Mr. Chadwick's entire
holding to the trustees of his pension scheme, which also acquired a further
950,000 shares, also at 0.25p per share, on 31 March 2003.

Following these transactions, Mr. Chadwick's beneficial interest in the
Company's issued share capital is 4,950,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each,
representing 1.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
