Placing and appointment of Directors



Placing

Gaming Corporation plc (the "Company") has today placed 43 million new ordinary
shares of 1p each ("Placing Shares") with certain investors and Directors at a
price of 1p per share (the "Placing"). The proceeds of the Placing, net of
expenses, are #430,000 and will be used by the Company to provide additional
working capital for the continued growth of the Company's gaming operations.



Investors taking shares under the Placing are as follows:

The Placing Shares will represent approximately 40 percent of the Company's
enlarged issued share capital immediately following the Placing.  Application
has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
dealings in the shares are expected to commence on 21st May 2003.



Appointment of Directors

The Board of Gaming Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason
Drummond and Damion Greef as executive Directors of the company and Paul
McGroary and James Dudgeon as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with
immediate effect. Further Details about the new Directors are set out below:



Jason Kingsley Drummond, Director, aged 33

Jason founded Virtual Internet in 1995. In January 1999 the company became one
of the first European web-hosting companies to be quoted on a major stock
exchange and In April 2000 the company combined a #30 million fundraising with a
move to the official list of the London Stock Exchange. Early in 2002 Virtual
Internet was acquired by Register.com Inc (Nasdaq: RCOM). Jason Drummond quickly
stepped back in to purchase the entire web-hosting division from Register.com
and made it a wholly owned private company.

Jason has been a major shareholder of the Company since its formation, and has
played a crucial role in providing the funding that has taken the Company to
where it is today. He is now in a position to devote time and energy to its
growth and development and will work on a part-time basis concentrating on
mergers and acquisitions and corporate development.

Jason Drummond was a director of Parable Telecommunications Group plc and
Parable Telecommunications plc until they were placed in creditors voluntary
liquidation in November 2001.



Damion Paul Greef, Communications Director, aged 35.

Damion has spent nearly 10 years in the communications and online marketing
industries. His most recent roles include becoming a founding Director of
Eyeconomy Holdings plc an OFEX quoted online marketing group and Communications
Director of Gaming Insight plc, the AIM quoted gaming group. Most of Damion's
career has been spent in the Financial Public Relations industry with Leadenhall
Communications and Holborn PR.

Damian will be taking responsibility for the Company's public, investor and
media relations, activities he has been undertaking until now through an outside
agency.

Paul McGroary, Non-Executive Director, aged 45

Paul has broad business experience and in recent years has been involved with a
number of public companies in the Internet, marketing and technology sectors. He
is a director of Knowledge Technology Solutions plc, a company traded on AIM,
and is chairman of Eyeconomy Holdings plc. He is also a director of Crystal
Guides limited, Scorpion Asset management limited and is an active business
angel investor.

plc. His firm Ward Dudgeon & Co specialises in providing consultancy and
accounting services to companies and individuals.
