Gaming Corporation plc ("The Company")



ADMISSION OF SHARES



The Company has issued 440,625 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Gaming
Corporation plc at a price of 1p per share to WB Nominees Limited. The shares
have been issued as repayment of long term debt. Application has been made for
the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on
Wednesday 26 March 2003



The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
