EasyMed and Switzerland's Market Leader Medspazio Announce a Distribution Agreement

EasyMed Services, Inc. (CNSX:EZM)(OTCBB:EMYSF)(MUN:EY6) ("EasyMed" or the
"Company"), a leading provider of mobile technology solutions for the healthcare
industry, reported today that the Company has entered into an agreement with
Medspazio (WDS Technologies SA) one of the largest providers of radiology clinic
management software in Switzerland with over 80 customer system deployments.


The new solution will integrate EasyMed SmartCare's mobile software with
Medspazio radiology clinic management software enhancing patient pre-visit and
post-visit customer satisfaction. The new joint offering will strengthen
Medspazio's already market leading position resulting in end-to-end patient care
through connection via their mobile phones. 


The parties have successfully deployed the new joint solution in IIM clinic, one
the largest radiology clinics in Geneva. It is the intention of both parties to
deploy the new solution to all 80 Medspazio's existing clients and to sell the
joint product to new clients globally.
