NEW YORK, Aug. 28  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding, Inc.'s 11% ELKS Linked to Halliburton Company.

Priced at $ 10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 20,550,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EHC and has a maturity date of August 27, 2007.
