Berkley Resources Signs Investor Relations Contract With Gross Capital

Berkley Resources Inc. (CNSX:BKS)(PINK SHEETS:BRKDF)(FRANKFURT:W8O) reports that
it has entered into a 12-month investor relations contract with Gross Capital,
Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas. Under the agreement, Gross Capital will provide
Berkley with strategic consulting, shareholder communications, media exposure
and other related services.


Gross Capital is a premier investor relations firm with over 20 years'
experience representing publicly traded companies in a variety of sectors. The
company specializes in working with firms whose share prices have become
undervalued due to a lack of retail, institutional or analyst support.


"We see Gross Capital playing a key role within our growth strategy," said
Berkley President, Matt Wayrynen. "We have established a mandate for aggressive
development in the coming 12 months, and we will be relying on Gross Capital to
help us convey that message to the investment community." 


Under the agreement, Berkley will pay Gross Capital US$3,500 per month. The
