Alternate Marketing Networks Reported on 2004 Financial Results
and 2005 Projections at Annual Meeting
HUDSONVILLE, Mich., July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alternate Marketing
Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ALTM) held its annual meeting on July 14, 2005 at
its Hudsonville, Michigan office. As earlier reported, the Company had a net
profit of $765,647 on sales of $27,027,160 for fiscal year ending December 31,
2004. The unaudited statements were prepared and presented by management.
Alternate Marketing Networks became a non-reporting company pursuant to a Form
15 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective January 2, 2004.
The Company currently has 8,279,501 shares issued and outstanding.
The Company also noted at its annual meeting that it expects earnings for the
fiscal year ending December 31, 2005 to be similar to the earnings in 2004. In
addition, the Company expects a federal tax refund of approximately $250,000 in
the second half of the year. The federal tax refund was generated by a
carry-back of a 2003 capital loss resulting from its Hencie investment that
offset an earlier capital gain resulting from the sale of the Company's
sampling division.
The Company's sole operating subsidiary, National Home Delivery, Inc., through
its three divisions U.S. Suburban Press (USSPI), Custom Media Solutions (CMS)
and Specialty Media Solutions (SMS), provides newspaper solutions to national
advertisers in the United States.
