Save The World Air, Inc., Names Erin Brockovich as Vice President
of Environmental Affairs
Taps Sitrick And Company for Public Relations
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Environmental activist Erin
Brockovich has been appointed Vice President for Environmental Affairs of Save
The World Air, Inc., (OTC:ZERO), the company announced today.
"I am excited to join Save The World Air's management team," said Ms.
Brockovich. "This company proves that business and environmental activism can
work together to reduce pollution levels around the world. I want to be part
of that effort."
Save The World Air also announced that Sitrick And Company, a leading strategic
communications firm with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington,
D.C., will be providing public relations counsel for the company.
In her new capacity, Ms. Brockovich will advise SWA on environmental issues,
act as a company spokesperson, and participate in future negotiations with
partner companies, government agencies, environmental groups, and others in
relation to SWA's development of pollution-reduction technologies.
In particular, Ms. Brockovich will assist SWA in its business development
efforts in Asia, where heavy use of inefficient two-stroke engines has created
major environmental and health problems. SWA's CAT-MATE anti-pollution device,
which last month underwent successful testing at the world-recognized Hong Kong
Exhaust Emission Laboratory, is designed to dramatically reduce toxic emissions
by two-stroke engines.
Ms. Brockovich previously acted as environmental advisor to SWA. She is
currently Director of Environmental Research for the law firm Masry and
Vititoe, P.C.
Sitrick And Company will help Save The World Air communicate with both the
investment community and the general public as the company develops and brings
to market a series of revolutionary new anti-pollution devices for motor
vehicles.
"We are delighted to have Sitrick on board and are confident that with their
help, we will be able to highlight the enormous potential of our company and
its products," said Edward Masry, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Save
The World Air, Inc. "Sitrick's record for helping companies tell their story
speaks for itself."
Save The World Air, Inc., was created to develop, manufacture and market
devices using proprietary technologies that can be installed on motor vehicles
to reduce harmful emissions, improve fuel efficiency, and/or improve
performance.
