The Citgo Corpus Christi, Texas refinery crude and vacuum unit was shut down early Tuesday for a turnaround, according to a report filed with environmental regulators.
A power outage at a steam plant at the Royal Dutch Shell (RDSA) Deer Park complex in Texas has disrupted production at the oil refinery, the company said Monday morning. The refinery won't achieve normal rates for several days, a spokeswoman said.
