San Donato Milanese (Milan), March 7, 2016 ­ Saipem informs that the revised Articles of Association (Article 5 - Share Capital), following the full subscription of the share capital increase approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on December 2, 2015, was lodged with the Companies' Register on March 4th , 2016, and is available at the Company's registered office.
