MILANO (MF-NW)--Pierrel, fornitore dell'industria farmaceutica, corre a +7,72% e 1,745 euro dopo che il socio di riferimento Fin Posillipo in accordo con Bootes ha lanciato un'Opa totalitaria finalizzata al delisting. L'Opa è in contanti a 1,75 euro ad azione, condotta sul 13,69% di flottante, per un esborso massimo previsto di 13,158 milioni di euro. Ad oggi FinPo detiene già il 75,63% delle quote e Bootes il 10,68%. L'operazione è strumentale al perseguimento dei programmi futuri di crescita e rafforzamento: FinPo ritiene che gli obiettivi possano essere più agevolmente ed efficacemente perseguiti in una società non quotata interamente partecipata.
