Con riferimento al term sheet siglato da Intek con Aurubis AG per l'acquisto di parte del segmento produttivo dei laminati piani di Aurubis, il corrispettivo previsto dell'operazione è di circa 8 milioni euro più il rifinanziamento del capitale circolante netto che sarà effettuato attraverso il rimborso di linee di credito infragruppo.
L'operazione, precisa una nota diffusa su richiesta delle Autorità Competenti, sarà finanziata con l'impiego di fonti proprie per quanto riguarda il valore dell'equity e con risorse finanziarie di terzi per il rifinanziamento del capitale circolante netto.
