Envesta Board Change
Envesta plc ("Envesta") today announced that Mr Vito Carlo Stampanoni Bassi will
be stepping down from its Board with immediate effect.
Over recent weeks, Envesta has been examining the opportunities for European
development, particularly in Italy but as opportunities are of an operational
rather than strategic nature they do not require Mr Bassi's presence on the
Board.
Mr Bassi was not paid any remuneration while on the Board nor any termination
payment as a result of stepping down.
