Digital360, Pmi innovativa quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan, ha acquistato il 100% delle quote della società SmartOperations S.r.l. ("SmartOperations").
SmartOperations, informa una nota, è una società di advisory che, utilizzando la Data Science as a Service (DSaaS), sviluppa soluzioni tecniche, tra cui algoritmi e prototipi, per supportare i clienti nel cammino verso l'innovazione, l'Industria 4.0 ed in generale la trasformazione digitale.
L'acquisizione del 100% delle quote di SmartOperations avverrà a un prezzo di 371 mila euro, comprensivi della PFN, che saranno corrisposti al closing per 35 mila euro in azioni Digital360, valorizzate al prezzo di 4,70 euro ciascuna e per la restante quota in denaro.
