LAS VEGAS, Feb. 4  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Crown Equity Holdings, Inc. (OTC:CRWE) (BULLETIN BOARD: CRWE)  today announced that it entered into a letter of intent to acquire Alpha Capital Corporation.

Upon execution of a definitive agreement and completion of the merger, Alpha Capital Corporation will keep its company name and become a wholly own subsidiary of Crown Equity Holdings, Inc., with Mario Sanders being president of Alpha Capital Corporation.
