AGGIORNAMENTO RATING
Genova, 26 gennaio 2016 L'Agenzia Moody's ha alzato il rating di Lungo Termine sui Depositi da Caa1 a B3 e lo ha posto in outlook Positivo. L'Azione di Rating conclude la Revisione iniziata il 29 Ottobre 2015 e riflette gli effetti del recepimento della Direttiva sul Risanamento e la Risoluzione delle Banche (BRRD) nell'ordinamento italiano mediante due decreti (D. Lgs. 180 e 181 del 16/11/2015) che prevedono una maggiore protezione per i depositi a partire dal 1/1/2019. Per ulteriori informazioni si rimanda al report pubblicato da Moody's.
