Aegis Buys UK's Leading Airport Advertising Specialist


Aegis Group plc ("Aegis" or "Group") - the media communications and market
research group - announce that it has today acquired PSI, the UK's leading
airport advertising planning and buying specialist.  PSI will now become part of
Posterscope, the Group's global outdoor media network.

The purchase price is composed of an initial consideration of approximately
#5.2m payable in cash on completion and subject to post-completion adjustments.
There is also deferred cash consideration payable over three years, up to a
maximum of #6m, subject to rigorous performance criteria.

Commenting on the announcement, Doug Flynn, Chief Executive of Aegis said:
