Ottakar's Plc ("the Company")
The following amendment has been made to RNS 2519T released at 11.35 on 15
December 2003. The correct amount of Ordinary shares which are subject to the
application to the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange is 8,253.
Exercise of options
The Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority for 8,253 Ordinary shares of
5p each, which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options under the
Save As You Earn Scheme 2000 issue to be admitted to the Official List, and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will rank pari passu with
the existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings are expected to
commence on 18 December 2003. The issued share capital of the company following
this issue is 21,594,605 Ordinary shares of 5p each.
