   Further re Offer by Tandem Group plc for MV Sports Group plc by means of a

Scheme of Arrangement under Section 425 of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Scheme")


                            Result of Court Meeting


Following the sanction of the Scheme and the Capital Reduction by the Court
today, the Company announces that the MV Sports ordinary shares will cease
trading on AIM at the close of business today and the Scheme will become
effective tomorrow, Tuesday 8 April. The Tandem Consideration Shares will be
admitted to trading on AIM on 9 April 2003.
