HealthShares(TM), Adelante Shares and TDAX Independence Exchange-Traded Funds

NEW YORK, Dec. 18  /PRNewswire/ -- XShares Advisors LLC, an investment advisory firm based in New York, announced today the distribution declarations for its three fund families: Adelante Shares, HealthShares(TM), and TDAX Independence Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). For all dividend payments, the ex- dividend payment date is December 19, 2007, payable December 31, to holders of record December 21. The record date was previously reported incorrectly as December 24. The following table includes a list of the distributions:
