Inc. (OTC:UFSY) (BULLETIN BOARD: UFSY)  released a statement this morning
clarifying the current status of the purchase of FransAction Inc. by The Halls
of HipHop, Inc. and the final details of its proposed business relationship
with the company.  The statement was issued to be a response to the release by
The Halls of HipHop, Inc. on Monday, April 18, announcing that a Final Purchase
Agreement had been signed by the two companies. Ultimate Franchise Systems Inc.
did not author nor approve the final text of that release.

development of new franchises and the retail distribution of their line of H3
