HEATHROW, Fla., Oct. 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ultimate Franchise Systems,
Inc. (OTC:UFSY) (BULLETIN BOARD: UFSY)  today announced the formation of
FransAction, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: FCTN). The sole mission of FransAction will
be to rapidly expand the number of area developer contracts and franchise
agreements for UFSY's major brand holdings. The company formation, in planning
for several months, is a major commitment that UFSY is now prepared to engage
on a nationwide, multi-brand expansion program.
