enterpriseAsia plc ("EPA" or "the Company")



EPA announces the disposal of its 49% investment in innoVision Holding Limited
("innoVision") to parties representing the interests of the Xiangxue
Pharmaceutical Group based in Guangzhou (the "Disposal"). The consideration for
the Disposal consists of both cash and receivables.  The maximum realizable
value of the consideration is estimated at approximately HK$160,000.



EPA invested HK$14 million into innoVision in June 2001 but sales have been
disappointing and innoVision has no further cash resources.  As a result of the
Disposal, the Company's investment in innoVision will be written off. However,
when the assets composing the consideration are progressively liquidated, the
investment loss will be adjusted accordingly.



The directors of EPA believe that the consideration to be received by EPA from
the Disposal reflects the maximum possible return obtainable by the Company in
current circumstances.
