enterpriseAsia plc ("EPA" or "the Company")


The directors of EPA announce that subsequent to the completion of an issue of
rights shares and bonus shares by Value Convergence Holdings Limited ("Value
Convergence") on February 5, 2003, EPA's holding in Value Convergence had been
reduced to approximately 1.78% of the enlarged issued share capital of Value
Convergence.

EPA currently holds 42,470,227 shares in Value Convergence, which was formerly
known as iAsia Technology Limited.  EPA did not subscribe to the rights shares
and bonus shares as the directors of EPA believed that it would be more
appropriate to preserve the Company's limited cash resources for other purposes
than to increase its investment in one single company.
