RNS Number:0272R Enneurope PLC 17 October 2003 Enneurope plc ("Enneurope" or the "Company") Result of EGM and Placing and Open Offer Following the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, resolutions were proposed, inter alia, to approve the Placing and Open Offer of 20,000,000 new ordinary Enneurope shares at a price of 15 pence per share. All the resolutions were passed unanimously. 11,666,666 new Enneurope ordinary shares were made available to qualifying Enneurope shareholders under the Open Offer and Arlington Group plc ("Arlington"), the AIM-listed investment company, subscribed for approximately 99.3 per cent. of these by way of clawback. Arlington also subscribed for 8,333,334 new Enneurope shares by way of firm placing and will hold 19,917,548 ordinary shares, representing 71.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of Enneurope, following completion of the Placing and Open Offer. Dealings in the new Enneurope ordinary shares are expected to commence on Monday 20 October 2003.
