LOS ANGELES, April 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacific Crest Investments
(formerly Bluetorch Inc.) (OTC:BLTO) (BULLETIN BOARD: BLTO)  announced today
that it would begin trading as of the open of business on April 25, 2005 under
OTC-BB: PCIV.

The Company announced on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 that it was changing the
corporate name from Bluetorch Inc. to Pacific Crest Investments.
