CHERRY HILL, N.J., Sept 25  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ACME Sports & Entertainment Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire K & M Marketing Enterprises Inc.

K & M Marketing Enterprises Inc. is a Florida based Manufacturer and Distribution Company, K & M Marketing's own Brands includes Ybor City 1800's Cigar Line http://www.yborcity1800cigars.com/ Ybor City 1800's Coffee Line and Glacier Blue H2O Anti Aging Water Line. K & M Marketing also distributes New York Coffee Company's Iced Spresso Line http://www.icedspresso.com/.

In accordance of the new Company direction ACME Sports & Entertainment has terminated its agreement with Rockit Productions and Rockit MP4. Thomas Gaffney has resigned as Chairman/CEO and has been replaced by Thomas Kozlowski, Joshua Ward Director and Derreck Manteau Director have been replaced by Stanley A Young.

The Company and its new business model intends to build national branded products by selling exclusive territory's on its products lines.
