AdOne Media, Inc. Announces Finalization of Terms With Install
Group Worldwide, Inc.
ST. LOUIS, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AdOne Media, Inc. (Pinksheets:
ADON) today announced the finalization of terms with Install Group Worldwide,
Inc. Under the terms of the purchase, AdOne will issue a note for $500,000 in
favor of the stockholders of Install Group as well as provide them with an
override of 10% of sales for the next three years. Jim Neumann stated, "The
acquisition of Install Group will provide a tremendously solid backbone for the
growth of AdOne Media. Install Group has had a ten year successful track
record. With current contracts in place, Install Group should provide AdOne
Media with revenues in '05 in excess of $10 million dollars with operating
margins in the 45% range." The acquisition will be finalized no later than
Dec. 31, 2004 and AdOne is scheduled to take over operations as of Jan. 1,
2005.

media placement from customers of Install Group.
