                               Change of Director

The Company announces that Neil Crabb has been appointed a director of the
Company and that Ian Benson has resigned as a director of the Company with
immediate effect.

Bob Quinn, executive Chairman said: "I am delighted to welcome Neil to the
board, he will be able to help with an assessment of various acquisition targets
and brings with him valuable experience with respect to technology companies. I
would also like to thank Ian Benson for his hardwork and advice during his
tenure as a non-executive director, particularly in the last six months.

Details of Neil David Crabb's current and past directorships are set out below.
Neil David Crabb, aged 36, was a non-executive director of Power X Limited when
it was put into administration and a non-executive director of Weather Index
Limited and Investhink Limited when liquidators were appointed to those
companies, in each case a creditors voluntary liquidation has been agreed. There
are no other relevant matters to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph (f) of
the AIM Rules.
