                             Purchase of own shares



Medical Solutions plc (the "Company") today purchased 250,000 of its own
ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price of 18p
per share. This purchase represented approximately 0.3 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company. These Ordinary Shares will be cancelled and the
revised issued share capital of the Company will comprise 79,153,240 Ordinary
Shares.
