         ANNOUNCEMENT OF TELEPATHOLOGY INSTALLATION INTO DUBAI HOSPITAL

Nottingham, UK: Medical Solutions ("Medical" or "the Group"), the cancer and
pathology services group, is pleased to announce that it has installed a
PathSight telepathology system in Dubai Hospital, the largest of Dubai's four
public hospitals.  Medical's PathSight telepathology system enables detailed
tissue examination and software imaging analysis from a remote location. The
system has been linked to the Group's cancer diagnosis laboratories in
Nottingham and will provide the Dubai Hospital with access to Medical's world
leading specialist pathologists, particularly in the areas of breast,
gynaecological and renal cancers.


This installation is further evidence of the demand for Medical Solutions unique
pathology services offering and follows the Group's strategy of expanding its
geographical areas of operations.
