                  NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

As a result of the announcement dated 22 May 2003 that Medical Solutions has
agreed to acquire the Pathology Laboratory from Welcare Hospital in Dubai, the
Annual General Meeting scheduled for 2 June 2003 has been postponed and will now
take place on 20 June 2003.
