MEDICAL SOLUTIONS PLC
EGM Statement
Medical Solutions plc, the cancer and pathology services group, is pleased to
announce that following its Extraordinary General Meeting, held earlier today,
all resolutions relating to the acquisition of the Welcare Pathology Laboratory
from the Welcare Hospital LLC in Dubai, and the provision of pathology services
to the Welcare Hospital, were duly passed.
Following the meeting Sir Gareth Roberts, Chairman of Medical Solutions said;
"We are extremely pleased that the acquisition has met shareholder approval and
we now look forward to updating the market as we develop and grow our services
in this new geographical region."
