                     MEDICAL SOLUTIONS PLC ('the Company')

The Company was informed on 9 July 2003 by Professor Karol Sikora,
a non-executive director of the Company, that on that day he and his wife 
together purchased 215,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 23p per Ordinary Share. This purchase
represents approximately 0.24% of the Company's current issued Share Capital
and represents Professor Sikora's only beneficial holding in the issued share 
capital of the Company.
