                                 Trading Update



Following the Group's trading statement issued on 5 July this year, Air Partner
is pleased to report that the company continued to trade strongly in the last
month of its financial year.



The current economic environment has led to a reduction in the lead-time for
projects making the visibility of new business increasingly difficult.  Despite
this, the Group is confident of reporting preliminary results significantly
ahead of current City expectations on 9 October 2003.



Being a small company, Air Partner has benefited from its ability to react to
business opportunities as they present themselves and in doing so it secured
good one-off projects throughout the last quarter.



Air Partner will announce preliminary results for the year ended 31 July 2003 on
Thursday 9 October 2003.  There will be an analyst presentation at 10.00 am at
College Hill Associates, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6HH.
