NEW YORK, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R))
today listed the common stock of XFONE, Inc., under the ticker symbol XFN.
XFONE, Inc. is incorporated in Nevada, headquartered in London, UK and provides
international voice and data communications through three subsidiaries:
Swiftnet, Ltd., which has conducted communications service operations in the
United Kingdom since 1990. XFONE USA, Inc., which provides local and long
distance telephone service, cable television and high-speed Internet service to
customers in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida and Georgia through its
own facilities-based, telecommunications switching systems; and XFONE 018,
Ltd., which is one of only six licensed international long distance carriers in
Israel. The Company serves customers in 75 countries across Europe, Australia,
North America, South America, Asia and Africa.
