American Stock Exchange Lists the Common Stock of Western Goldfields Inc.

NEW YORK, Nov. 8  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Western Goldfields Inc. under the ticker symbol WGW.

Western Goldfields Inc. is a gold mining company with operations focused in the western United States. Currently, the Company's principal asset is the Mesquite Mine located in the Imperial County California.
