Winton Financial Corporation Declares Fiscal 2004 Second Quarter Dividend CINCINNATI, March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Winton Financial Corporation , Parent Company of The Winton Savings & Loan Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, is pleased to announce that at their March 26, 2004 meeting, the Board of Directors voted to pay a dividend in the amount of eleven and one quarter cents per share, to all shareholders of record, as of April 5, 2004.
