Versar Awarded Five Year, $10 Million Contract by Philadelphia District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

SPRINGFIELD, Va., July 11  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VERSAR, Inc. (AMEX: VSR) announced today the award of a five year environmental support contract from the Philadelphia District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers valued at $10 Million.  Under this contract, Versar, lead by its Columbia, Maryland office, will provide a wide variety of ecological and environmental services for dredging operations, beach restoration and habitat restoration.
